                                  *June 27-July 8^th for July 4^th celebration. $500.00 /4 day weekend $900.00 week.

 

August                     $300.00 weekend                 $700.00 week

 

                                  * Labor Day weekend is $500.00 for 4 day weekend Aug 29-Sept 1.

 

September-           $300.00 weekend                 $700.00 week

 

                                  * Labor Day weekend is $500.00 for 4 day weekend Aug 29-Sept 1.       

 

 

* Pricing is subject to change with out notice, rentals that are not full weeks or weekends will be charged different rates.

 

 

At the time of booking a $200.00 Deposit is due. 100% of payment, plus 8 % tax is due at the time of arrival. The Deposit is return at the end of your stay, after the key is returned and the cottage is inspected and doesn’t have any damages.
